Notes
- Service Request and appointment will be fixed based on the availability of the customer and our service technicians. Service Charges of rs 550 are as per our current price list which is subject to change. The customer must pay the full service charges at the time of service delivery and it will be valid for one month from the billing date. Additional charges will be levied for any extra service requirements beyond the scope of the standard service package. Service charges may vary based on the location of the customer.
- We provide a 30-day service warranty for our services. Any further complaints or issues after the warranty period will be charged separately. Warranty will not be applicable in case of physical damages caused to the water purifier due to the customer's negligence or misuse.
- The customer can cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, technical failures, or any other reasons.
- We are not liable for any damages or losses caused to the customer's property during the service. If the technician visits the destination, visit charges will be payable. Any other parts will be payable and adding to the visit charge. Warranty 4 Months for Electrical parts replaced in RO Water Purifier. Use genuine/equivalent spare parts and equality of specifications.We do Multi Brand/Model RO Service Centre in Kerala and independent service center. We undertake job work of Service, AMC & Maintenance of all leading brands/Models of water purifiers in Kerala. It is responsible for these and has no relation to the parent company. All subject to Kerala jurisdiction only.
